From April to October, Cloud Nine at Dart Marina offers a laid-back, al fresco setting where you can soak up the sunshine and riverside atmosphere with a drink in hand. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, a crisp bottle of rosé, or a refreshing beer, this seasonal pop-up provides the perfect escape by the water.
Open to both residents and non-residents, Cloud Nine is the ideal spot to unwind, meet friends, or simply watch the boats drift by on the River Dart. With its casual, welcoming vibe, it’s a hidden gem for those looking to enjoy good company, scenic views, and relaxed refreshments.

An Outdoor Drinking Space in Dartmouth
Our lawn accommodates a mix of seating, from high tables and stools to benches and Adirondack chairs. Most seating is cushioned and arranged around tables of varying sizes. The Adirondack chairs are designed for lounging rather than sitting up straight, it feels like pure luxury when the sun is out.
From the lawn, you can watch the marina traffic, the boats on the river while enjoying drinks and snacks, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway running along the opposite bank. Music plays through outdoor speakers daily. Dogs are welcome.
Food & Drinks
From May, the bar serves five varieties of Scotch egg: Traditional, Vegetarian, Chilli, Red Onion Chutney, and Wild Garlic. Alongside these, you’ll find Burts Crisps and Filberts Peanuts. Simple snacks, done well.
The drinks list focuses on coffee, craft beer, and wine, including Crazy Rose rosé.
