Dartmouth in autumn and winter is a perfect backdrop to soak up the laid-back pace that makes life in the South Hams so special. Long empty beaches and timeless villages surround the hotel. The nearby towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes and Salcombe are home to a strong artisan craft scene and well worth exploring. Or maybe don’t go anywhere. Dartmouth shines year round. Shop in the narrow cobbled lanes, explore the waterfront, graze in the cafes and delis. Soak up centuries of history then return for a signature cocktail before dinner in the bistro. A warming seasonal favourite from the menu will end the day well.
Eat Well
Dine each evening in our relaxed waterside bistro, Zephyr and enjoy dinner with views out across the Dart. Kick things off with half a dozen oysters, try the local mussels, share the soft shell crab tempura and crispy calamari. The day’s catch is seared a la plancha. Locally sourced meat celebrates the land around us. Char-grilled rib eye steaks, braised lamb shanks and gourmet cheeseburgers that steal the show. You will want to try it all!
This three night break starts at £360 per person based on 2 people sharing a standard Double Room.
Full English Breakfast is included each morning along with a £40 credit per person, each night towards Dinner in Zephyr Bistro.
As a welcome treat we are also including tea and homemade cake on arrival.
This break is available Between Sunday 3rd November 2024 and Wednesday 18th December 2024.
Maximum stay on the offer is 3 nights. Additional nights available on our normal winter tariff. A 25% deposit is required at booking. A 14 day cancellation policy applies.
