Making an enquiry

We will collect the necessary data to help respond to your enquiry. This could include an enquiry for accommodation, meal reservations or a spa treatment. Data collected at this stage will include the following:

Making a booking

If a confirmed booking is made we make ask for further items of data to allow us to complete the booking. This could include:

  • Medical information ( required for spa treatment booking)

After fulfilment of the service your data will be kept for a period of 7 years following your last transaction, as governed by the Companies act, either in a secure digital environment or in secure paper archives. After this time the information will be destroyed.
