PAYMENTS
Full prepayment is required for all spa treatments on booking. This can be done through our website, Hotel Reception or in the Spa.
We accept all major cards except for American Express.
CANCELLING A RESERVATIONAs a courtesy to other guests we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within less than 48 hours notice you will be subject to 100% of the treatment cost or offered to reschedule your appointment. We do understand that sometimes under some circumstances that cannot always be helped and we will work alongside you to come to the most appropriate solution.
SPA ARRIVALPlease make your way to the hotel reception and you'll be greeted by a member of the reception team who will guide you to the spa and get you settled.
SPA PARKINGThere is a direct parking for spa guests to use free of charge.
SPA SCHEDULINGIn order to make the most of your treatment we would recommend that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first appointment as this will allow you time to relax before your appointment. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment your treatment duration may be reduced and in this event there will be no deduction to the price charged. Treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances eg. staff sickness spa treatments may need to be moved. We will endeavor to accommodate you during your visit.
